Welcome to Your Way Transfer. By accessing and using our website https://yourwaytransfer.com, you agree to the following Terms and Conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. General Information

This website is owned and operated by Your Way Transfer, a company providing private chauffeur and transfer services. All services are subject to availability and confirmation.

2. Bookings

  • All bookings made through our website are considered requests until confirmed via email or phone.

  • You are responsible for providing accurate information (pickup/drop-off address, time, contact info).

  • We reserve the right to cancel bookings in the event of incorrect or incomplete information.

3. Payments & Pricing

  • Prices listed on the website are in Euros (€) and include VAT, unless otherwise stated.

  • Payments can be made online (where available) or in cash/card directly to the driver (when stated).

  • We reserve the right to update pricing without prior notice. Confirmed bookings are not affected.

4. Cancellations & Refunds

  • Cancellations made 7 days or more in advance of the Service date will receive a 100% refund. non show is non-refundable

  • No-shows or failure to be at the pickup location on time may result in full charge.

5. Responsibilities of the Client

  • Clients must behave respectfully during the ride and follow the driver’s safety instructions.

  • Damage to the vehicle caused by the client may incur additional charges.

6. Delays and Force Majeure

We are not liable for delays or service disruptions caused by circumstances beyond our control, including but not limited to: traffic, weather, accidents, strikes, or force majeure events.

7. Privacy

Please refer to our Privacy Policy for information on how we collect and use your data.

8. Limitation of Liability

Your Way Transfer is not liable for any direct or indirect damages resulting from the use of our services, including missed flights, loss of personal items, or third-party delays.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (text, images, logos, etc.) is the property of Your Way Transfer and may not be used without our written permission.

10. Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Greece. Any disputes arising shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Athens, Greece.
